01 How do I book an appointment?
Tap Book Appointment anywhere on this page, call either branch, or message us on Facebook. Our team will confirm your schedule with you.
02 Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours, but patients with appointments are seen first. Booking ahead keeps your waiting time short.
03 Do you accept HMO?
Coverage depends on your HMO and plan. Call your preferred branch with your HMO name and card details before your visit, and we'll confirm what can be covered.
04 How can I pay, and do you offer installments?
We accept cash and bank transfer, and we can send you the bank details when you book. For longer treatments like braces, implants and dentures, ask about payment terms during your consultation.
05 How long do braces take?
Most cases take about one to two years, depending on how much movement your teeth need and how closely the plan is followed. After an assessment, we'll give you an estimate for your own case.
06 Is teeth whitening safe?
Whitening done under a dentist's supervision is considered safe for most healthy teeth. Some people feel temporary sensitivity afterward. We check your teeth and gums first to make sure whitening is right for you.
